During the three month period AV Planners will dispatch a technician to diagnose any technical issues and repair problems. This may include the following:
Uninstalling AVP installed equipment
Returning equipment to manufacturer
Reinstalling repaired equipment
Quarterly Preventive Maintenance of system:
Cleaning of all equipment filters
Checking bulb life on projector(s)
Calibration of interactive board(s)
Software/Firmware Updates (optional)
Proper and regular maintenance of your audio, video systems is critical. Let AV Planners help you take action to avoid potential systems mishaps.
AV Planners installation includes a twelve (12) month warranty on labor for all equipment installed. All equipment is under warranty by the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
During the twelve (12) month period AV Planners will dispatch a technician to diagnose any technical issues and repair problems within 72 hours. Services may include the following:

The Agreement can be renewed after the first year for a 12-month period.
